- A “Page” or “Page Download” is any individual request to a website to load a web page, or any portion of a web page, necessary for an agent to complete navigation or data gathering.
- Cost for additional storage over allotted amount is $10 per GB and is billed monthly.
- Monthly Subscription plans are billed automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time. The Annual Professional Plan will automatically renew after 1 year unless cancelled. No refunds will be given for failure to cancel account before bill date.
- Unused Monthly Subscription plan page-downloads do not roll over to subsequent months.
- Page credits are non-refundable and non-transferable and can be used at any time as long as the account they were purchased under is active.
- There is no limit to the number of agents that can be built per account.

If you sign up for a Mozenda subscription you are agreeing to be billed automatically on a recurring basis. Mozenda "monthly" subscriptions are billed each month and Mozenda annual subscriptions are billed automatically each year. If you wish to cancel your account, you may do so at any time. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be billed. You can cancel your account by clicking the "account" link in the upper right section of your account homepage and then click the "Cancel Account" link under your billing information on the resulting page. There are no pro-rated refunds for cancelling your account.
A Page or more precisely Page Download is any individual unique request to a website to load a web page, or any portion of a web page necessary for an agent to complete navigation or data gathering. Pages for monthly plans expire at the end of each month while Pages for Annual Plans and Purchased Page Credits do not expire as long as your account is current.
Page Credits
Page Credits are used as a currency to pay for resource consumption in the Mozenda system. Page Credits can be applied to Page Downloads, Image Downloads, File Downloads, and Anonymous Proxies as seen below.
- 1 Page Download = 1 Page Credit
- 1 Image Download = 2 Page Credits
- 1 File Download = 4 Page Credits
- 1 Page Download using an Anonymous Proxy = 2 Page Credits
A User of the Mozenda software is defined as an individual email and password. Users are not confined to a single computer. Only one (1) user can be logged in at the same time. If your account type supports multiple users, each individual user may be logged in at the same time.
Each Mozenda account comes with a set amount of Database storage. If this storage is exceeded during the month, your account will be billed for the overage at a rate of $10 per extra Gigabyte of storage. To avoid unnecessary storage charges, you can set up your agent to overwrite previous data instead of adding to the data table each time the agent runs.
Concurrent jobs are the number of agents running simultaneously. Although you can build an unlimited number of agents, you can only run a certain number of them concurrently. There are also limits to the number of concurrent agents that you can run on the same website.
Standard Support includes trouble shooting and problem solving via email, phone, and web meetings. Standard Support is provided to customers who are making a concerted effort to learn the Mozenda software but run into problems that they cannot figure out themselves using the resources available to them such as the Tutorial, Help Center, and Forums.
